Our Investments

Freesia primarily invests in the US, UK, Australia, China, India, Japan and Asia.  It is an active investor in well managed private equity funds, technology-oriented venture capital, private credit and distress credit solutions and operates appropriate hedges to maximise returns and prevent downsides.

Some of our investments include:

  • Atout Pte Ltd, a marquee European Brasserie in Dempsey.
  • ViewQwest Pte Ltd, a regional telecommunications service provider of domestic and global connectivity, managed network and security solutions, and a comprehensive range of ICT services.  Headquartered in Singapore, ViewQwest has a Facilities Based Operator (FBO) license and operates as both an Operating Company (OpCo) and a Retail Service Provider (RSP) in the Next Generation National Broadband Network (NGNBN) of Singapore.
  • Structo Pte Ltd, an NUS technology spinoff with investment from Pavilion Capita, EDBi and Enterprise Singapore.
  • Next Gen Foods, makers of Tindle where the other investors include Temasek, K3 Ventures and GGV.
  • Silent 8, an AI driven AML/KYC platform serving clients globally such as HSBC and Standard Chartered with investors including Wavemaker, Standard Chartered Ventures and Fintonia Group.
  • Proof & Co, a Singapore headquartered craft sprits distributor, consultancy and bar operator with operations spanning from Hong Kong to Australia.
  • EcoSpirits, a spin out from Proof & Co that has an innovative circular packaging technology for spirits and wine. Customer base is global and company has signed formal partnerships with Diageo and Pernod Ricard.
  • Vertex Ventures SEA4, a limited partner investor in this Temasek affiliated venture capital fund through whom we have invested in Janio, Tjetak, Aruna Global, Speedoc, RPG Commerce, Janice Wong, MeTub and Dedoco.
  • Accelerator Life Science Partners 2, an LP investor in this life sciences venture fund that has recently opened an office in Singapore. The Firm commercialises technology coming out of academic institutions. Investors in the fund include Temasek and EDBi.
  • Jungle Ventures 4, a Southeast Asia technology venture fund where we are a registered LP and through whom we have invested in Sleek, Sociolla, BuilderAI and Mio.
  • Wavemaker Pacific Partners 3 and 4, a multi venture integrator and early-stage investor based in Singapore with investments like Novade, Privyr, Borneo and eFishery.
  • Intudo Ventures 3, a Southeast Asia technology venture fund where we are a registered LP and through whom we have invested in Eximtech, Nalagenetics, Pinhome and Xendit.
  • A Limited Partner in global venture and growth capital providers such as Polaris Partners (US), Sky9 (China), Rally Venture Funds (US), Abingworth Clinical Co-development Fund (US), Jazz Human Performance Fund (Germany), Ardian Ventures (US), Mizmaa Venture Partners (HK), amongst others and Global GP Investors & Aggregator like Dyal Capital 4 & 5.
